I have used Mobil-1 15W50 and more recently Amsoil 20W50. Either one works about the same, but I do know there are two versions of the Mobil-1 15W50, and you want the "extended service" version, because it has more anti wear additives.
You will note in the link provided, the Amsoil addresses the needs for flat tappets, which is always a signal the oil has lots of anti wear additives (zinc being the main ingredient).
