FWIW - I use the 15W50 Mobil 1. If I use the 5W30 the oil pressure guage indicator drops to 2-3 at idle which makes me nervous. THe 15W50 keeps it at 4-5. I've read that the oil pumps on 928s were designed for heavier weight oil available in the 70s and 80s. So the tolerances are set accordingly and the 0Ws and 5Ws are too thin for the oil pumps to properly pressurize.

Makes sense to me. What do you think?
