I bought an aftermarket one a few years ago. It sucks. It was rubber(I don't know what a real one is) and flexed a ton. It would also squeak when it did. The black chalked up quickly. I recently removed it to paint the car. All the bolts snapped because they were rusted into the plate inside the wing. It also separated and the rubber uncovered the plate on one side as well. My car is inside a gagage most of the time too.
