Thank you for the reply, PO installed a aftermarket stereo, i think that's the problem, I'm not sure what they done, I guess he had it done and didn't work, when i bought the car he told me radio has a short and blows a fuse, i need to have the radio replaced, i have removed the radio, they used 3 wires from the original plug, 2 Red and one Brown, when i use my ohm meter i get short between the Red wire and ground, there is no amp in the car and i can see the amp cable just hanging on the passenger side under the cover. My question is can this short will cause the instrument panel gauges go out, the only fuse the is bad is the Radio fuse, as soon as i replace it, it shorts out.
