The Vette or the M3 is a great car, but the Japanese cars all still feel like a Japanese car when you drive them- their interior trim rattles, the cars shake & bump, they are not comfortable- they just "feel" cheap compared to a good American or German car. Even the "best" Jap cars (Lexus, Infinity) feel like a cheap econo-rattle box to me. My 20 year old 928 is more solid feeling and quieter than a 6 month old Jap car.
I may sell my supercharged S4 soon, but not because I'm bailing or giving up on the 928s. I'll cry for weeks if it goes!
