Hello again fellow shark owner, again, I come to you with a problem I'm still having maintaining a charge in my car. I have definitely eliminated the starter as the problem and I purchased a new battery last week, however, I'm still having problems with the car maintaining a charge. As I mentioned before, I'm the one who accidently put the positive cable on the negative pole and vis versa. I corrected that mistake and checked all the fuses. Only 1 fuse was blown. Now, however, the voltage gauge on the dash stays red, even after I've removed the key. This causes the car to not want to start and I keep it on a trickle charge everyday. Unfortuntately, then when I go for a short drive and stop somewhere, the car won't start again. I've replaced the voltage regulator on the back of the alternator and still the problem exists. I'm beginning to think I might have to get a rebuilt alternator. If anyone has a better answer, I'm all ears..I miss driving my shark...Duke
