Not sure if this has been done...
Clean the grounds on the car. Start with the main one behind the rear tool panel. There's another connecting the engine to the body on the right side of the block. This is low-probability but free.
After that, replace the battery because that is cheap and easy by nine-two-eight standards. If that doesn't fix it then do the starter. The solenoid is on the starter and if it actuates (which it is) then it's starter or battery.
