If you aren't a real audiofile. You can get a whole complete system for under $300 and that would include a cd player in the head unit. I replaced all my speakers with higher end ones and they fit with out mods in the stock locations. I discontiued use of the ones under the hatch (you don't really hear them) and just went with the doors and quarter panels. good luck.
