Unless you find multiple blown fuses and a bad horn relay, you probably have one or more bad grounds. I'd start with the big one on the frame under the passenger footwell and work outward.
My 86.5 left rear tail light was a ground problem. But, I didn't have multiple problems like you. You can get the fuse numbres and relays from Dave and Jeannie's 928GT.com site.
