Posted by Eric S. 1) Yes, the A/C works. No, the fans do not run when the AC is on. I'll check the sensors. 5) I've swapped relay XVIII with one that I know works and the fans still did not come on. The ironic thing is when #28 blew 2 months ago, I happened to be filling the tires while the car was idling for about 10 minutes. When I got back into the car, the temp needle was in the Red, and I realized that one of the fans wasn't running. The other day, when this problem started, I was also idling in a parking lot for about 10 minutes. I then noticed the ! light come on, and the needle was in the Red. Both fuses look ok though. Strange coincidence? Thanks again.

Thanks for the response.
2) I don't think the engine was actually overheating. I didn't let it get that far. The temp needle went into the Red, and I quickly realized the fans weren't running and I shut the engine off.
3) The fans do not run, even when the hood is closed.
6) As for the fuses, #28 had blown about 2 months ago. At the time, only 1 fan wasn't working. The fuse was charred. I cleaned the area, and put a new fuse in and it worked. I've checked the fuses, they are ok. I'll check for power at the amp.
