Thanks David, It does not have a problem when cold only after driving about 10 minutes. I'll try some other spark plugs and check the caps. It's strange as the condition can be mild or so bad that I have to feather the gas just to increase my speed to get to 50 miles an hour. Once driving at a constant speed it's OK. I've attached a fuel pressure gauge and once I have a problem at idle will pull over to check it. Also, when checking with a vaccum gauge, at idle it's 18 inches when I hit the throttle it goes to 0, I think this is normal but I'm not sure. Could the coils be going bad? How are they checked?
