23? I have a 23d mark on my Harmonic, but read in a few places that it's 30d @ 3k w/o vacuum. Also, why would I want to plug my pulled vacuum lines? it wouldn't matter for the minute or two that the car is running, & you only pull them to assume no vacuum to change your maximum timing figure. Did I miss something? Mark (thanks guys, BTW)
