Posted by Heather on 1/29/2007, 5:12 pm The battery is charged, and all the interior electricals work fine. Except when you go to start the car it cranks but doesn't start. Using some Ether got it started for about 5 seconds then it dies out. I just purchased a new fuel pump relay thinking that was a good place to start and no luck. Could there be another problem because the car had been sitting for months or can someone let me know if this sounds like a fuel pump issue. Thanks

Many of you were aware that i was selling my automatic 83s. I think i'm having a fuel pump issue from the car sitting and not being started since October.
