What's the best way to eliminate the chrome rings around the headlights?

I have two euro cars; one with the chrome headlight rings and the other with the euro H4s. The H4s aren't in great shape and I would like to have a set for my other euro. I've seen some "Diamond Chrystal" H4 headlights on eBay but don't know if they will eliminate the chrome ring. Any suggestions? David
