strange song by a strange band

I have been looking for the name of this band and the name of the song. The chorus is: "we are animal, always animal, still just animal, always animal....". They also have a bridge part that goes " Oh..Oh-oh.. oh-oh...". I think they were called the Europeans (??). Help me out!!
