BTW, sorry to bother you, but I put the saddle on. Worked on ground work until she was easy, then I got on her and let my husband hold lead. She responded to my voice and foot and trotted. Seemed to actually like it. She trotted a lot and faster
than I expected. She looked like she was smiling when I got off.
Of course, she immediately gave me her head so I could pet her
between the eyes and tell her good girl. I feel like I just jumped over the moon. The bond between us is so amazing. Mustangs rock! They really want to be involved in everything, not just go thru the motions.
