Dear gentlemen, my name is Gebhard Aders, i am a retired memeber of the Staff of the Historical Archives of Cologne (Germany), now living in Southern France. Since about 30 years I've published serveral books an articels about the aerial warfare over Germany. Now I'm writing a short history of the "bomber war" 1940-45 for a German publisher. That will be no problem for me, except the illustration with photos. And so my question is: Is there a possibilty of using some photos of your collection? If yeas, who has the copyright and who gets the fees for the publication? With best regards your Gebhard Aders
