My dad told me he was transfered from the 384th to the 457th because he was needed.I just learned from some searching he was doing radio counter measures and flew every 7th mission.He can't remeber plane or peoples names.He would tell us that the plane would fly high and let German AA guns get a fix on the plane and his equipment got a fix on them to sent back to base so fighters can take it out.He does remember a run to Stuttgart,Scheinfurt and some place outside of Berlin.If anyone can fill in some details or remembers him I would be thankful.
