Our Message Board saves only 600 messages. All over that amount will be lost forever since once we reach 600 messages the next message will be pushed off the remote server. (we just increased this from 300 to 600). We accumulate about 100 messages a month. Until now we did not have a way to save these messages since they are on a remote server over which we have no control. Recently we determined a way to save these messages to a file on our server where they can be accessed and saved for all time.

I am attempting to recreate all the messages on the Message Board in order to provide them on the next version of the 457th CDrom and permanently preserve them.
The procedure is time consuming but not difficult for anyone who can copy and paste text.
I'm presently unable to apply myself to this task and am looking for any volunteer who can take a few minutes each day to copy text to a file and send it to me. I will convert the text to html code so that it can be read in a browser.
I will explain what you need to do and set up the form for doing it.
Do I hear anyone volunteering?
Thank you.
Willard (Hap)
