Thankyou for the responce.
As far as where he was stationed, He told me a few stories-- Africa, Scically(sp), Italy, France, and Germany. I do remember him telling be about bombing a factory in Germany, I guess they were hiding munitions under it.
One the record search website, it states that I must be a "direct next of kin" brother, sister, son , daughter. is there another way of getting his records?
