I was a member of the Roy Allen crew. We flew the Renee III on Mission No. 53 to Dessau, Germany on May 28. 1944. The plane was prety well shot up by fighters and flak, No's 2&3 engines were out and the left wheel was badly damaged by flak. Upon our return to base we made a two wheel landing at Glatten. there were pictures taken but in the last sixty some years
I have moved several times and the pictures have been lost. If possible I would like any pictures you may have and would gladly pay to have them copied and mailed to me. drop me an E-Mail and I will send address.
