The site founder and original webmaster, Willard (Hap) Reese, set up this message board so that submitted messages would be screened before being posted, to avoid the junk and spam that are often posted to open message boards. I am updating and refreshing this message, which is still in effect. In his words, which are still accurate: "Our Message Board is presently being deluged with junk, sales ads, and other tawdry and salacious messages. There is no way we can completely control this except to monitor all messages (which we are presently doing). We will reject any messages we deem undesirable. If your message is slow being posted, have patience, we cannot monitor the Message Board full time. Willard (Hap) Reese [Board Administrator]" Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
