The simple answer is yes, but ....
In powerpoint 2007

1. You can save it as an image file (i.e., jpg, png, bmp, etc.), upload to photobucket, and display as needed.

2. You can get a free plugin from microsoft, to save as a PDF (my preferred format), and upload to photobucket etc.

There is also a way to save it as HTML, but in my very limited testing I could not cut and paste it directly intp the MB message box.
